The Chardonnay exhibits a handsome and light golden colour. On the palate notes of citrus, particularly mandarin can be found, as well as almond and vanilla with an elegant mineral finish. Overall, a very balanced and harmonious Chardonnay.

Pairs well with everything really. Fish, yes. Veggies, sure. Poultry, fine. Quinoa, affirmative. Really can’t go wrong with this one. 

A Pinot Noir with a splendid ruby color. Freshness and balance are the key words. Pinot fruit (cherry & raspberry) with a hint of oak on the palate and round, velvety tannins coming into play as well as some fresh spices from the garrigue surrounding the vineyard.

A wine for all and all seasons. Pairs well with Salmon or other fatty fishes but also every meat that comes to mind! Lamb, beef, game, you name it.

Blanquette de Limoux, the oldest bubble in France!  Brilliant pale yellow with a steady bubble. The nose is elegant with green apple, white fruit, spring flowers and honeyed aromas. Well-balanced and a fresh flavor in the mouth, with long elegant finish.

Something to drink at all hours and all occasions. Goes well with deserts!

A brilliant pale pink colour. On the nose, a lovely bouquet of red berries, particularly wild strawberries. Refreshing, fruity with a crisp structure.
