Born in the Hospices de Beaune in Burgundy and raised in the cellars of Château Canet, vines and wines have been an integral part of my life, and that has never been more true than with the launch of Domaine d’O

So, why Limoux? Making a Pinot and Chardonnay that merged my Burgundian and Languedociennes roots was no easy feat. Yet, nestled in the piedmont of the Pyrenees, where cool and dry Atlantic winds dominate, we found a spot where we knew we could make it work.

You can find our carbon friendly logo on each bottle of Domaine d’O. It signifies our contribution in the fight against climate change which is a priority for us. Since the 2020 vintage we are participating in reforestation projects to offset our carbon footprint.
